 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I was having a lot of foot, knee and hip pain in 2020.  A friend referred me to see Brad and he expertly described what was the problem and fit me with custom orthotics.  Within a week I was pain free. About three weeks ago I was having significant acute heel pain after hauling gravel up and down a steep hill. I thought it was plantar fasciitis and made an appointment with Brad.  He evaluated me and determined that it was not plantar fasciitis but rather an acute heel /achilles tendon injury and that my 3 year old orthotics were worn out.  Now I have a new pair and feel immediate improvement.  Once again an excellent experience!

Both helped me improve my performance. I needed to replace my skates and my insole did not match. I scheduled a refit.  Brad was able  to adapt my foot beds to a perfect fit and performance. The whole process was seamless and I learned so much about Kinesiology and the importance of the correct feet positioning. I felt instant relief when I slipped them into my new shoes and walked out of there feeling better than I had in month.  Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Trustindex. New Boot? I had an appt with Katelyn.  I will need new boots as mine are almost 20 years old. My current boots fit well and are the best I have ever owned.  While I was unable to purchase new boots --end of season stock/ popular foot size-- I will be heading back there in the fall. I had no idea how much I was not up to speed on with respect to ski equipment. I was very impressed with Katelyn's knowledge and sensitivity to my particular situation--large CTI brace with a boot attachment for one of my knees.  I definitely want the foot lab to fit my next pair of boots and to make sure they are aligned properly with my skis.

Brad thoroughly explained how orthotics would align my stance and relieve the pain I was experiencing caused by mis-alignment caused supination.
